At Frolo, the safety and well-being of children are our top priorities. We are committed to creating a secure and responsible environment for single parents to connect while ensuring that child safety remains a core principle. We strictly adhere to Google’s Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) compliance standards and actively prevent any form of child exploitation on our platform.

Note: Frolo is an 18+ only platform. Members must give their date of birth and confirm they are 18 or over when they join, and we do not permit minors to register or use any part of the service. Since August 2026, new members also complete a video selfie check that matches them to their profile photos.

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or activity that involves child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment. This includes, but is not limited to:

Any violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

We collect limited information about children solely for the purpose of enhancing user experience through better matching. This includes:

• Month and year of birth, and gender, of children (provided by parents for community and dating matching purposes)

We ensure that:

• Users cannot search or filter profiles based on a child’s specific details
  
  
• All data is securely encrypted and stored in compliance with data protection laws

We enforce strict sharing policies to prevent any misuse of child-related content, while still supporting authentic community participation for parents. Our safety values include:

• No child images or references are permitted in public-facing profiles or app store media
  
  
• Child images may appear in private user profiles or Frolo-organized community content, but only when shared in accordance with Frolo’s values and safe sharing guidelines
  
  
• This content is only visible to logged-in members.
• We apply strict moderation to any content referencing or showing children to ensure it is respectful, appropriate, and aligned with child safety best practices
  
  
• Users must agree to our values and safe sharing standards during registration. Violations may result in content removal or account suspension

We provide users with easy-to-use reporting tools to flag any concerns related to CSAE, including:

• In-app reporting: Users can report inappropriate behavior or content directly from a user profile or conversation
  
  
• Dedicated safety contact: Users can report concerns via support@frolo.co.uk
  
  
• Immediate action on violations: Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours, and we act on anything that breaks our rules.

Our moderation team actively reviews all flagged content and user interactions to ensure safety standards are met.

Any user found violating our child safety policies will face:
